The Chilliwack Chiefs are excited to announce that forward Sasha Teleguine will be returning to the Chilliwack Chiefs for the 2022/23 season.
The 2002-born forward netted 18 points in 20 games with the Chiefs during the 2020 BCHL Pod season before spending a year at the University of Connecticut.
“We couldn’t be happier to welcome Sasha back to Chilliwack. With his experience in the BCHL pod season, and time in the NCAA last year, we are confident he will have a great start to the season and be a huge part of our forward group,” said Chiefs Associate Coach and Assistant General Manager Brad Rihela.
The North Attleborough, MA native is a power forward who possesses elite speed and skill. He has the ability to beat defenders 1 on 1 and is a handful for opposing teams trying to contain his speed and explosiveness.
“Chilliwack is a special place with an amazing fan base, a great coaching staff, and a culture like no other. There is no other place I’d want to play. Thrilled to get things started here again,” said Teleguine.
Welcome back to Chilliwack Sasha!
