With profound sadness, the Chilliwack Chiefs announce that long-time Chiefs family member Jacob Bestebroer (aka “JB”) has passed away following an extended battle with cancer. He was a passionate fan of the team and served our organization in many roles including broadcaster, scout, statistician, media relations, and billet. Without question, JB knew more about the Chiefs than anyone else. Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with JB’s wife, Pat, and daughters.
