The Chilliwack Chiefs are excited to welcome 2004-born Bryan Jones to the team for the 2022/23 BCHL season. The 6’3 centreman currently plays for Northwood School where he has put up 25 points in 33 games so far this season.
Jones comes to the Chiefs, not only as a skilled player but as a highly touted teammate and leader.
“The captain of his team at Northwood, all the research we did as a staff spoke to the type of person Bryan is, and the character he brings,” said Chiefs Head Coach and GM Brian Maloney “Bryan is a responsible player at both ends of the rink who has the ability to finish plays on offense.”
For Jones, he said that becoming a Chief wasn’t a difficult choice.
“I feel really good about their history of player development. When you combine that with the success the team has every year it was an easy decision,” said Jones.
